We are currently seeking a Corporate Catering Specialist to join our team and help us continue to bring our famous flavors to businesses across the metro!
What You'll Do:
The Catering Specialist reports to the Director of Corporate Catering & Sales. In this role, you will be a key driver in expanding our catering footprint and ensuring our guests receive the "saucy, glossy," and fresh experience Leeann Chin is known for. In this role, we are looking for a high-energy professional with a passion for great hospitality who is eager to help build the business.
- Sales & Outreach: Support daily catering and delivery operations through proactive sales activities, direct outreach, and lead generation to grow the Leeann Chin brand.
- Account Management: Engage with corporate clients to identify opportunities, create tailored proposals/contracts, and execute closing strategies.
- Operational Synergy: Collaborate with the Director, Assistant Director and Delivery Team to ensure seamless execution from order to front door. Build strong relationships with store-level operations to ensure brand standards are met.
- Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM platforms, Outlook, AI, and modern digital tools to manage client data, maximize strategic planning, and meet sales metrics.
- Project Support: Lead or assist in local store marketing and or special community-focused initiatives or brand projects as assigned by leadership.
What You'll Bring:
- Sales Drive: High-level of comfort with cold calling, relationship building, and closing business opportunities.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of current sales or high-volume hospitality experience.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills with a "guest-first" mentality.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and a quick learner of CRM software and digital sales tools.
- Precision: Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and time-management skills; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity: A results-oriented individual who represents themselves and the brand with the highest level of professionalism.
- Adaptability: Works well under pressure and is able to take direction while also working independently to solve problems.
