What you’ll Do:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk / Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, packing, and shipping products while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify order accuracy, quantities, and product condition before packaging.
• Label packages and prepare shipping documentation.
• Receive incoming shipments and inspect items for damage or discrepancies.
• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Report inventory shortages, damaged merchandise, or operational issues to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse, packing, shipping, or inventory environment.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and shipping documentation.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of packing and shipping procedures.
• Forklift certification (preferred but not required).

Work Schedule

• Training Schedule: New hires will complete training on the day shift during the onboarding period.
• Regular Schedule: Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to the permanent shift of 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday (or as scheduled).
• Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
