General Description
The Customer Service Agent provides knowledgeable and professional service to Lee Spring's internal and external customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Order processing
- Providing request for quotes
- Resolve customer issues
- Issue and process Stock Return Material Authorizations
- Handle busy, phone, e-mails and walk-in customers
- Work with all Lee Spring internal departments and external locations
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned
Qualification Requirements
- 3 years of solid customer service experience (call center or BEB is a must)
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management internally and externally
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
