Essential Job Functions:
- Supervise and lead a team to maintain high standards in quality, guest service, food and labor cost control, safety, security, cleanliness, and food preparation.
- Provide clear direction, mentorship, training, and development opportunities to team members.
- Oversee the store’s financial performance, focusing on maximizing efficiency and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement solutions to enhance restaurant performance.
- Communicate effectively and foster strong, positive relationships with both team members and customers.
Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computers, POS systems, and other electronic devices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, time-management, and leadership skills.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
