The Store Supervisor is responsible for the ability to handle and deliver the quality and guest service that defines our brand. Essential Job Functions:
- Lead and supervise a team to uphold high standards in quality, guest service, food and labor cost control, safety, security, cleanliness, and food preparation.
- Provide ongoing leadership, coaching, training, and professional development to team members.
- Support staffing functions including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Monitor and manage the store’s financial performance to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Identify and recommend operational improvements to drive overall restaurant success.
- Foster open communication and build strong, positive relationships with both team members and customers.
Job Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, time-management, and leadership skills.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
- Vietnamese language skills are a plus.
