What You’ll Do

·       Manage and grow an existing book of business while developing new client relationships

·       Deliver comprehensive financial planning strategies, including retirement, investment, and risk management solutions

·       Provide ongoing advice and portfolio reviews to high-net-worth and emerging clients

·       Leverage firm resources, technology, and support staff to enhance your practice

·       Collaborate with a team of professionals while maintaining autonomy over your business

What We’re Looking For

·       Proven experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, or similar role

·       Active licenses (Series 6 or 7, Series 63/65 or 66, Life & Health)

·       Strong track record of client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth

·       Established client relationships or transferable book of business preferred

·       Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow and scale a practice

·       High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-first focus
