Role Description
BQ Financial is seeking motivated, coachable, and people-oriented new talent to join our growing team.
As a Financial Advisor, you will work in a hybrid capacity based in Uniondale, NY, with some remote flexibility. You will help clients develop and implement financial strategies, manage and review portfolios, provide retirement and investment planning guidance, and support them in achieving their long-term financial goals.
Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, analyzing financial information, recommending suitable solutions, and monitoring plans over time to help ensure optimal outcomes while building strong, lasting client relationships.

Qualifications
• Experience in financial planning, financial advisory, or related client service work
• Knowledge of retirement planning, investments, and personal finance
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and develop detailed recommendations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivation, a client-focused approach, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency with financial planning software and related tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred
• CFP or similar professional credentials are a plus
