Key Responsibilities
- Create a comprehensive project plan that comprises the project’s cost, timeline and risks, and determine the expected dates of project milestones and the activities involved in each.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborates and works with engineers, architects, and other personnel related to the project.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timeline through the lifetime of the project.
- Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory requirements.
- Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a related role.
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets is preferred.
- Professional certification such as PMP is preferred.
