Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Lee Law Firm, LLC. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and handling cases related to bankruptcy law. Client meetings and interaction will be heavy with this position. Court hearings in federal court will be frequent along with attendance to 341 meetings of creditors. Training in bankruptcy will be provided.
Qualifications
- Legal Advice, Research, and Negotiation skills
- Experience in bankruptcy law would be a positive, creditor or debtor work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and Bar admission
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
