About the Role
We’re looking for a true hunter—someone who thrives on building new relationships, opening doors, and turning prospects into long-term clients.
In this role, you’ll own your territory, develop new business across HOAs, multifamily communities, and service-driven environments, and build lasting partnerships with decision-makers like Chief Engineers, Facility Managers, and General Managers.
This isn’t a transactional sales role—you’ll build accounts that continue to generate revenue over time, earning ongoing commissions as your relationships grow.
What You’ll Do
Drive New Business
- Prospect, cold call, and develop new client relationships across your territory
- Target key decision-makers in HOAs, multifamily, hospitality, and facilities environments
- Open new accounts and build a strong pipeline of opportunities
Build & Grow Accounts
- Maintain and expand client relationships over time (with ongoing earning potential)
- Identify additional service and product opportunities within existing accounts
- Deliver a high level of service to ensure long-term retention and referrals
Consult & Close
- Provide product recommendations, pricing, and solutions tailored to client needs
- Act as a trusted resource by offering product knowledge and technical guidance when needed
- Follow up consistently to move opportunities forward
Collaborate & Execute
- Partner with internal sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay current on products, services, and market trends
- Track activity, quotes, and client interactions
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of outside sales experience
- Proven success in hunter-style sales (prospecting closing new business)
- Experience selling into HOAs, multifamily, hospitality, or facilities environments
- Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up habits
- Self-motivated and able to manage a territory independently
- Experience with CRM tools (ServiceTitan is a plus)
