Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Staff member to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as assisting with basic kitchen prep tasks when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area and kitchen.
Dispose of trash and recycling in a safe and sanitary manner.
Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and workstations following health and safety standards.
Assist kitchen staff with food prep and basic tasks as needed.
Ensure all sanitation and hygiene practices are followed according to local health regulations.
Restock clean dishes, utensils, and cookware in proper storage areas.
Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to supervisor.
Follow opening and closing procedures as directed.
