North Trail RV has an immediate opening for a RV Generator Technician. The ideal candidate for the RV Generator Technician position is excellent at diagnosing and repairing RV generators. The RV Parts Coordinator is primarily responsible for troubleshooting and conducting mechanical repairs to the vehicle operates efficiently and reliably.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair RV generator systems.
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and spark plug checks.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Install new generators and related components.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
Skills:
- Electrical troubleshooting and relay logic.
- Familiarity with engine mechanics.
- Inverter installation knowledge.
- Ability to read and apply technical manuals and schematics.
Experience:
- Experience with RV generators, specifically.
- Experience with diesel, natural gas, and propane generators of different sizes (5kw - 4000kw).
- Experience with load bank testing and voltage changes.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and software.
- Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
- Ability to work 8 hours shift Monday-Friday. Reliable attendance is a must!
