An RV Glass Technician is a skilled technician, responsible for glass repair and replacement. The RV Glass Technician has a passion or RVs and great attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged RV glass.
- Remove and install new windsheild, applying sealants and/or weatherstrips.
- Remove and replace urethane windows.
- Test window functions such as defrost and wipers.
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly.
- Maintain a safe work environment and stay updated on techniques.
Skills/ Qualifications:
- Auto glass repair experience preferred, RV experience a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and service skills.
- Proficient with RV glass installation tools.
- Knowledge of relevant automotive electrical systems.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Requirements:
- Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
- Ability to work 8 hours shift Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
