Responsibilities:
- Produce drawings from SolidWorks models.
- Perform job take-offs for material from existing drawings.
- Detail parts out of established drawings.
- Conduct basic calculations and lay-outs.
- Detail drawings in 2D CAD Software.
- Quality check parts.
- Clearly Communicate with Managers and co-workers
- Perform assigned tasks from manager in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives.
- Organized
Requirements:
- Experience with CAD software.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks is beneficial but not required.
- Proficiency with Excel functions is beneficial.
- Ability to perform work independently and as a member of a team.
- Able to independently lead small projects with limited scope.
- Sound problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong math, critical thinking skills and a basic understanding of geometry.
- Willingness to learn new software, technology, and equipment.
- Ability to maintain work efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience/training beneficial.
