- Attend site visits to evaluate project conditions and develop scopes of work
- Prepare detailed electrical labor and material estimates and take-offs
- Review vendor and subcontractor proposals and assemble bid packages
- Manage project materials, equipment, labor, vendors, and subcontractors
- Communicate project requirements and safety expectations to field personnel
- Monitor project progress and prepare estimates for change orders
- Support purchase orders, permits, billing, and invoice preparation
- 3 years of electrical trade, estimating, or project management experience
- Ability to read electrical single-line drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office; Procore experience is preferred
- Strong estimating, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to travel locally and out of state approximately 25%
