- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for framing, carpentry, and finish work
- Execute framing tasks including hand framing, trim carpentry, and dimensional measurements
- Conduct heavy lifting safely to move materials and components around the job site
- Assist with restoration and remodeling projects to improve existing structures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high safety standards
Requirements
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other construction equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the workday
- Valid driver's license to get to and from the jobsite
- Familiarity with construction plans for framing and remodeling projects
- Good understanding of basic math skills for measurements and calculations on-site
- Prior construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn new construction techniques
