Education And Experience
- Knowledge of mechanical or plumbing systems
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication CADMEP, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks or any other BIM software is a plus
- A working familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and Outlook and ability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and software
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret technical literature/writing and plans
- Ability to define problems, assess options and make appropriate recommendations
- Self-driven desire to learn, become competent, and succeed in field
- Ability to distinguish between shades of color
- Good verbal and written communication skills with ability to train and mentor
