Education And Experience
- 5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or lead generation
- Proven success engaging passive candidates
- Strong research, networking, and communication skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Passive candidate engagement and outreach strategy
- Relationship building and networking with diverse talent pools
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Research and talent mapping across roles, markets, and skill sets
- Strategic sourcing and pipeline development
- Data tracking, organization, and pipeline management
- Ability to influence and generate interest through outreach
- Adaptability in adjusting strategies based on hiring needs and results
