General Manager

Reports to: Owner/Licensee

Job Purpose: Oversee all aspects of the location and grow the business while staying within Brand Standards

Duties:

• Understanding of the history and culture of Ledo Pizza
• Willingness to take on the most effective role
• Execute sales strategies developed by the Brand
• Keep management and employee training current as it relates to Brand Standard
• Must have full knowledge of all safety and health regulations per local municipalities, county, and state federal laws.
• Fully capable of working all BOH & FOH positions
• Train and develop staff for future expansion
• Maintain the physical aspect of the store
• Greet and interact with guests
• Ensure safety and security to all guests and employees
• Have a full knowledge of the menu offerings
• Have a full understanding of the POS system
• Basic computer skills
• Ensure that the store is maintaining proper Brand Standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous Hospitality experience of 3 years
• Previous management experience of 1-2 years

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
• Able to stand for long periods of time
