Employee must be able to work the day or night shift Monday thru Sunday ``
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the cash register or Aloha POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before seating new customers
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using the cash register or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and menus
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in handling cash transactions and operating a cash register or POS system
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling sales transactions and calculating change accurately
