Food Runner / Expo at LedgeStone & Gnarly Cedar
In this fast-paced role, you will be the vital link between the kitchen and our guests, making sure that food is delivered promptly, accurately, and with a smile. Should have enthusiasm and attention to detail which helps create memorable dining experiences, supporting our chefs and servers in maintaining smooth operations.
Overview
- Run food items from the kitchen to dining areas in a clean and quick manner
- Ensure all dishes are prepared correctly, garnished, and presented according to the menu standards before serving
- Support the team by clearing tables, cleaning surfaces, and maintaining a tidy dining environment
- Help with food safety and sanitation by cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly
- Manage the Kitchen Display system & reservation tools
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic plating or portioning under supervision
Levels of Experience
- There are various levels available. Are you someone thats worked in resturants and has experience? Our Vineyard Kitchen is seeking a professional level Expo, should be able to work our key dinner hours, Thursday - Saturday 4-9:30pm, with some variance
- Entry level roll is available for the Brewery in Wrightstown. Should be able to work at least Friday and Saturday, 5-9pm. (Open to those in High School)
