As a Food Runner / Busser, you’ll be an important part of creating the relaxed, friendly experience our guests love. You’ll spend your shifts surrounded by panoramic waterfront views, working with a great team and interacting with guests who are here doing something pretty awesome — enjoying their Door County vacation!
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work alongside our servers to keep service moving and make sure our guests are taken care of from the moment they sit down until they leave.
You’ll:
- Greet and engage with guests
- Pour and refill waters
- Deliver food from the kitchen to our guests
- Clear and reset tables
- Assist servers throughout service
- Help keep the dining room looking great
- Jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly
- Be part of creating the fun, welcoming atmosphere Top Deck is known for
