Top Deck at Gordon Lodge is looking for a Salad & Dessert Cook to join our culinary team. This is the perfect position for someone who loves working with food, has an eye for presentation, and gets excited about turning great ingredients into something beautiful.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in the little things — thoughtful presentation, clean plating, fresh ingredients, and that final touch that makes a guest stop for a second and say, "Wow."
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our culinary team, you'll:
- Prepare and beautifully plate salads, desserts, and other cold-side menu items
- Bring creativity, consistency, and attention to detail to every dish
- Keep your station organized, stocked, clean, and ready for service
- Work alongside a talented and supportive culinary team
- Help maintain our high standards for quality, presentation, and sanitation
- Stay cool, organized, and positive when the restaurant gets busy
- Have some fun while creating food our guests will remember!
