Staff Accountant - Industry Opportunity (Audit/Assurance Experience Required)
We are seeking a talented audit/assurance professional with 2 years of public accounting experience to join a growing finance team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead integrations for new acquisitions
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close activities
- Support budgeting and financial planning
- Manage invoicing, sales tax filings, and collections
- Calculate commissions and assist with job costing
- Respond to audit requests and prepare variance analyses
- Contribute to process improvements and special projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent professional experience
- 2 years of public accounting audit/assurance experience required
- Microsoft GP or Infor M3 experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset
