We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support month-end close, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance. This role involves journal entries, reconciliations, accounts receivable analysis, and collaboration on reporting and budgeting.
- Prepare journal entries and support month-end close
- Perform account and bank reconciliations
- Review transactions and monitor accounts receivable
- Assist with sales tax filings, payroll processing, and 1099 reporting
- Support budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis
- Maintain fixed asset records and internal controls
- Identify process improvements and ensure compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of general ledger and reconciliations
- Proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
