Full Charge Bookkeeper
Temp to Hire | $80,000 - $95,000
Fully onsite in North Scottsdale Area
What You Will Do
- This role owns the full bookkeeping function from A to Z.
- Manage full cycle bookkeeping across multiple accounts
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process payroll and related filings
- Manage bank and credit card reconciliations
- Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Track and reconcile sales tax and other filings
- Support month end and year end close
- Partner with leadership on financial accuracy and reporting
What We Are Looking For
- 7 years of full charge bookkeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of general ledger and reconciliations
- Experience with payroll processing
- Comfortable preparing financial statements
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
