We are seeking a Billing Specialist to support a fast-paced, high-volume corporate billing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with large data sets, and experienced in billing systems and Excel.
Position Details
-Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
-Schedule: Full-time (occasional overtime during peak periods)
-Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
-Pay Rate: $33-$40/hour
Key Responsibilities
-Process high-volume corporate billing (750 invoices per month)
-Manage billing data within ERP/CRM systems
-Perform reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies
-Utilize Excel for reporting, data analysis, and billing support
-Collaborate with internal teams in a deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
-3 years of corporate billing experience in a high-volume setting
-Associate's degree or higher
-Experience with billing systems and ERP tools (NetSuite preferred)
-Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
-Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
