Position: IT Service Desk Analyst

Type: Full-time

Location: Fairview, OR (On-site initially; hybrid option later)

Compensation: $60K to 80K Monthly Performance Bonus (20%)

Overview

We're seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide day-to-day technical support across North America. This role ensures operational excellence in end-user support while contributing to process improvements and IT service alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality IT support for hardware, software, and business applications.
• Manage Service Desk workflows, SLAs, and escalations.
• Maintain IT asset lifecycle and integration with enterprise systems.
• Generate KPI reports and analyze trends for continuous improvement.
• Support IT leadership with planning and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent certifications).
• 3-5 years in IT support or service desk environment.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking basics.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and reporting tools like Power BI.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• ITIL certification and workplace IT certifications (MS-900, CompTIA ).
