We're Hiring on behalf of our client for HRIS Workday Administrator
Location: Hybrid near Monterey Park, CA (4-day onsite)
Compensation: Up to $42.00 per hour (DOE)

Are you passionate about HR technology and ready to grow your career with a globally recognized restaurant brand? Our client is expanding their team and looking for a HRIS Workday Administrator to support the evolution of the enterprise systems as they scale.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career (2-3 years experience) who wants hands-on exposure across Workday HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance modules, while partnering closely with a Senior Product Manager and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do
- Support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday ERP platform
- Help ensure system performance, data integrity, and adherence to business processes and workflows
- Manage user access, roles, and security permissions to maintain a secure and compliant environment
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and implementing system enhancements
- Contribute to system documentation (user guides, FAQs, process documentation)
- Partner with stakeholders to support ongoing improvements and system adoption
- Participate in small-to-medium projects, supporting implementation efforts and contributing analytics and reporting insights
- Assist in tracking project progress, timelines, and resource utilization alongside Project Managers
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of Workday or ERP experience
- Exposure to HRIS/Payroll/Benefits/Finance modules
- Implementation exposure or Administration/Configuration in Workday required: Experience with Workday administrator to include EIBs, integration with other systems, testing and managing releases
