The US base salary range for this full-time position is $ 70-90/hr benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Responsibilities
Position Overview
This role will focus on the day-to-day configuration, administration, and optimization of Workday across multiple modules including HCM and Prism Analytics. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Workday in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to partner effectively with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- System Administration & Configuration
- Manage day-to-day Workday configurations, integrations, and security assignments.
- Maintain business processes, condition rules, notifications, and calculated fields.
- Support system upgrades, releases, and testing cycles.
- HCM & Talent Acquisition Support
- Configure and maintain core HCM functionality (job profiles, positions, compensation, absence, benefits).
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on requisition workflows, candidate pipelines, and onboarding processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues across recruiting and core HR.
- Reporting & Analytics (Workday Prism)
- Build and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and data sets using Workday Report Writer and Prism.
- Ensure data integrity and provide insights for HR and leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to deliver custom analytics.
- End-User & Stakeholder Support
- Provide day-to-day functional support to HR and business teams.
- Document system changes, maintain knowledgebase, and deliver training as needed.
- Partner with IT and external vendors for integrations and escalations.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on Workday administration/configuration experience.
- Strong knowledge of HCM Core and Reporting modules. In addition to Benefits, general WD reporting, Talent module, Talent Acquisitions, Recruiting, On-boarding, Staffing Applications, Absence and Time-off, Compensation, and Security Roles.
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Report Writer.
- Understanding of Workday security framework and business process configuration.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner across HR and IT teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Required Skills
- Workday certification(s) in HCM, and/or Prism Analytics.
- Experience supporting other modules (Learning, Compensation, Absence, Benefits).
- Familiarity with integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
