What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at Ledgent Finance & Accounting?
Client is open to both full time direct hire or contract to hire. Hybrid schedule is 3 days onsite and 2 days remote after initial ramp up period.
Supervise 4 staff but a very hands on position. Yardi or similar system a plus. 6-10 years of property mangement industry experience. In charge of all accounting aspects close, cash mgt, monthly financial reporting, close all properties, budgeting, interface with auditors. Bachelor's degree.
