Role Overview
The Technical Recruitment Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling the recruitment team to support our growing IT staffing and enterprise solutions business. This role requires a strong understanding of technical recruiting, team leadership, and client-driven hiring needs.
You will oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, drive performance, and ensure high-quality candidate delivery across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters (junior to senior level)
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (contract, C2C, full-time)
- Partner with Sales teams to understand client requirements
- Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruiting strategies
- Monitor team performance (submissions, interviews, placements, conversions)
- Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet client SLAs
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key technologies
- Train, mentor, and upskill recruitment team members
- Optimize use of ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools
- Improve recruitment processes, workflows, and reporting metrics
- Ensure high candidate experience and engagement throughout the hiring process
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in IT recruiting or staffing
- 2 years of experience managing or leading recruitment teams
- Strong experience with US staffing (W2, C2C, 1099, contract roles)
- Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and managing team KPIs
- Experience working with job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS/CRM systems
- Strong understanding of technical roles (software development, cloud, data, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise clients
- Background in both agency staffing and/or in-house recruiting
- Experience scaling recruitment teams in a high-growth environment
- Familiarity with offshore/onshore recruiting models
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
