This role is hybrid with periodic onsite travel to St. Louis, MO aligned to project milestones.
Expected onsite weeks include key UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare periods from Nov 2025 through Mar 2026, typically Monday–Thursday during travel weeks.
Non-travel weeks will be remote. Additional onsite visits may be required based on project needs.

Seeking an experienced Integration Architect to lead the end-to-end integration of Salesforce Configure Price Quote (CPQ) with SAP Variant Configuration (VC). This role will ensure a seamless and scalable connection between Sales, Manufacturing, and Customer Service teams by enabling a unified Quote-to-Cash and Plan-to-Manufacture process.
- Architect, design, and implement the integration between Salesforce CPQ and SAP Variant Configurator.
- Ensure Sales teams operate primarily in Salesforce, while Manufacturing and Customer Service remain SAP-focused.
- Eliminate redundant configuration rules across platforms by establishing a single source of truth.
- Evaluate and present multiple integration approaches, including:
- Data synchronization between CPQ and VC
- Embedding SAP VC capabilities within Salesforce (e.g., SAP VC UI within CPQ)
- Support the Automation Wave of the program through October 2026 with potential year-end extension.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate quoting, BOM generation, and manufacturing routing.
- Create integration design documents, mappings, and functional specifications.
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with SAP Variant Configurator (LO-VC or AVC).
- In-depth understanding of:
- CPQ rule-based configuration frameworks
- SAP VC’s rule logic for BOM and routing generation
- Strong domain knowledge in Quote-to-Cash and Plan-to-Manufacture processes.
- Experience using integration/middleware platforms such as SAP CPI and SAP BTP for real-time and batch interfaces.
- Ability to evaluate and recommend the most effective integration pattern (real-time, batch, API-based).
- Strong documentation, communication, and solution design skills.
- Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Understanding of Salesforce data model, configuration, and customization.
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations and complex ERP integration architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot cross-platform configuration and data flow issues.
