Coordinator

The Lede Company is seeking a Coordinator to join its Brand team in our New York office. The Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting accounts across our fashion, CPG, and lifestyle verticals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support client projects from the brainstorm/ideation phase to plan development, execution, and reporting

• Work alongside partner teams within the agency as well as client partner agencies

• Conduct market research, i.e., competitors, industry opportunities and challenges, products and services, and consumer insights

• Account administrative support

• Contribute to monthly, project or event reporting and recaps across all clients

• Assist in drafting press releases, pitches, and other supporting media materials as necessary

• Media outreach and relationship building with respective media outlets

• Support onsite at events including coordination of logistics during all stages of programming & coordination of retail promotions

• Regularly prioritize work, meet deadlines, and actively communicate progress and deliverables to account teams. Be responsive and proactive on timely and priority tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA in marketing, PR, communications, journalism, or a related concentration

• 2 - 3 years of public relations experience, preferably brand PR in cpg, lifestyle, or fashion

• Demonstrated understanding of the communications market

• Deep understanding of pop-culture

• Outstanding organizational skills

• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines

• Responsive and proactive 

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Proficient in online social applications: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter

• Proficient in Google Drive & Microsoft applications

• Proficient in online social applications, i.e., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube
