What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional service to candidates, clients, field employees, and team members
- Create a positive and memorable candidate experience that reflects Leddy Group's commitment to people
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Contribute to business development efforts through networking, prospecting, referrals, and community involvement
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, and placing candidates
- Manage field employees placed on assignments by providing ongoing support, coaching, and problem resolution to promote successful placements and positive employment experiences
- Represent Leddy Group at job fairs, networking events, and workforce development initiatives
- Utilize ATS and CRM technology to identify talent, communicate with candidates, and support client relationships
