Responsibilities of the Rubber Mixer
- Load ingredients into mixer per instructions
- Monitor operation to ensure quality
- Cut, sheet, and stack finished rubber on pallets or carts
- Prepare samples for lab
- Maintain paperwork
- Keep work area clean and safe
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Manual dexterity
- Willing and capable to perform an active role (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods of time)
