Administrative Project Manager – Capital Equipment Installs
A global leader is seeking an Administrative Project Manager for their Rochester, NH team! This role manages schedules, budgets, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure safe, on-time, and high-quality execution of equipment installations at custom client environments across the United States.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Project Manager – Capital Equipment Installs
- Oversee administrative planning and execution of installation projects, including technician scheduling, parts delivery, logistics, and ongoing communication
- Prepare job packets, service documentation, and project records with high accuracy
- Serve as the customer’s primary contact for scheduling, updates, and service-related questions
- Manage service contracts and convert field service reports into accurate, timely invoices
- Collaborate with Service, Parts, Aftermarket, Sales, and Support teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Perform other tasks as required to support project and customer needs
Qualifications of the Administrative Project Manager – Capital Equipment Installs
- 2-5 years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, or project management within industrial field preferred, ideally in a capital-equipment or field-service environment
- Comfortable juggling multiple jobs and shifting priorities without losing track of details
- Experience with scheduling/CRM/documentation systems; familiarity with SAP a plus
- High accuracy in documentation, billing, and recordkeeping
- Customer-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and professional demeanor
