Account Manager
Leddy Group is seeking an ambitious and relationship-driven Account Manager for our client in the Seacoast, NH area. Pay & Schedule
- Compensation: $63,000-$81,000 annually (base salary plus commission)
- Full-time, Direct-Hire opportunity
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 100% in-office position
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identify and develop new distributor customers purchasing electronic components through phone calls, email outreach, networking, and virtual meetings
- Research and engage OEM manufacturers to uncover opportunities involving excess inventory, resale programs, and consignment partnerships
- Qualify prospects and convert them into long-term customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while promoting services such as electronic component sourcing, excess inventory management, obsolescence management, cost savings programs, warehousing, and fulfillment solutions
- Gather customer requirements and accurately enter information into the ERP system
- Generate and manage quotations for sourcing opportunities
- Process customer purchase orders and coordinate approvals with finance, operations, and management teams
- Maintain communication regarding order status, shipment schedules, and customer expectations
- Coordinate outside services and provide quality documentation when required
- Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order execution
- Support quality management initiatives and customer-specific requirements
- Achieve sales goals, including a minimum gross profit target of $25,000 per month
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, business development, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and professional phone presence
- Strong research and investigative abilities
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
