Machine Operator – Grind Flat
Our Wilton, NH client is seeking a Machine Operator for their first shift team. Good hand dexterity and attention to detail is required, as you’ll be working with small, delicate materials under a microscope or magnifying glass. Responsibilities of the Machine Operator – Grind Flat

• Load pins into fixture
• Place sandpaper on nickel-plated discs and load fixture with pins into the grind flat machine
• Monitor machine operation while grinding and polishing pins
• Inspect work for quality and adherence to specifications
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications of the Machine Operator – Grind Flat

• Previous machine operation experience (up to 2 years) is preferred
• Team player with good communication skills
• Visual acuity, hand dexterity, and attention to detail
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to perform repetitive movements and stand for extended periods of time

This Machine Operator position works full-time, first-shift hours with some flexibility. We look forward to hearing from you!
