You will be working in a fast-paced environment that values professionalism and enthusiasm.
Duties
- Greet patients, and vendors with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and providing accurate information or transferring calls as needed
- Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management
