Responsibilities

- Apply and promote safety standards
- Perform necessary adjustments and settings during product changeovers
- Carry out quality tests and make required adjustments
- Collaborate with operational, mechanical, sanitation, and quality teams
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes
- Replace the team leader by:
- Supporting and mobilizing the team
- Communicating daily goals and evaluating performance
- Conducting floor tours and audits
- Ensuring product compliance with quality and safety standards
- Proposing performance improvement projects.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Manage priorities and multiple tasks effectively
- Be comfortable with computerized technologies (touchscreens)
- Make quick decisions, even under pressure
- Provide practical, concrete solutions
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Exhibit collaborative leadership
- Bring relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Speak French or Spanish (an asset)
