Finance Controller

Job Overview
Lechner's Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Controller to lead our financial operations and strategy. Duties

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, budgeting, and account reconciliation.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with governmental accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage cash flow and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
• Executing technical accounting tasks and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance metrics and implement cost management initiatives to enhance profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial management roles with a strong focus on budgeting and fiscal management.
• In-depth knowledge of accounts payable processes and practices.
• Strong technical accounting skills with the ability to perform complex financial analysis..
• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to the industry.
