This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Sales Representative based in Mount Prospect, IL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with current clients, and conducting sales calls and presentations. The Outside Sales Representative will assess clients' first aid supply needs, recommend customized solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales goals, maintaining accurate records, and staying informed about industry regulations and trends.
- Sales and client relationship management skills, including the ability to prospect, sell, and retain clients
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) and American National Standards Institute (ANSI) compliance standards is an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate in a team environment
- Previous experience in sales or related customer-facing roles preferred
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel to client locations within the Chicagoland area
