Administrative Assistant to the Director of Student Services & Special Education
: An Administrative Assistant to the Director of Student Services & Special Education provides a high-level of support and helps to manage schedules, prepare reports, and maintains confidential records.
- High School diploma is required.
- A minimum of one year of successful secretarial/bookkeeping experience is required.
- The following skills are required: Technology, problem-solving, interpersonal, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Must have the ability to relate to and function effectively with people of varying backgrounds and positions.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to fluently communicate verbally and in writing in English.
- Attention to detail is critical for maintaining integrity of information.
- The possession of a positive and professional attitude toward duties and responsibilities is required as well as the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- All required clearances must comply with the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s mandated criteria for hire.
