Job Overview:
The Title 1 Summer Program Director is responsible for coordinating and managing all tasks relating to the Title 1 summer tutoring program. The Director will oversee instructional staff, parent/family communication, arrangements for the location of instruction, and data collection related to the instruction provided. Collaboration and communication with all stakeholders relating to student learning and growth are essential. Ability to manage multiple grade-level programs across two district locations is a must.
This position is anticipated to run from 02/09/2026 through 08/14/2026. Hours/days are varied. The exact schedule is determined in collaboration with the Director of Academics, Engagement, and Opportunity.
Job Goals:
To supervise and coordinate the Lebanon School District's Title 1 Intervention Program in literacy and mathematics for rising 1st through 5th graders.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of successful teaching at the PK through 8th grade level.
- NH Certification as an elementary teacher, reading/writing specialist, or special educator.
- NH Administrator Certification (preferred).
- Knowledge of intervention programming (preferred).
- Experience with summer school programming (preferred).
