Job Overview:
The Lebanon School District is looking for a Custodian for the PM shift (evenings). The ideal candidate will have knowledge of custodial services, able to work independently, perform physical labor including heavy lifting up to 75 pounds, pass a physical exam, communicate verbally and in writing, have some computer skills, and be able to plan work around changing priorities. The position requires positive work ethic, High School diploma or equivalent, and passing a background check.
Custodian must also have prior experience in custodial work or any equivalent combination
of experience and training which provides the following knowledge, abilities, and skills:
- Working knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
- Making minor repairs and adjustments to a building's fixtures and equipment
- Ability to recognize unsafe hazards and report them promptly to the Director of Facilities
Requirements:
- Must pass a state and federal criminal background check
- Must have a positive attitude and great work ethic
- High School diploma or equivalent
