Job Overview:
Lebanon Middle School seeks a full-time Long Term Substitute 7th & 8th Grade Language Arts Teacher for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year ending on 06/15/2026. This educator will be responsible for teaching Language Arts and Social Studies, while serving as an advisor to 7th & 8th grade students in our learner-centered environment. The Ideal candidate will need to be able to:
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom culture.
• Embrace innovative teaching practices such as Project & Problem-Based Learning.
• Utilize technology effectively to enhance learning.
• Engage students in real-world applications of English literacy and social studies.
• Work well in a team-based model and contribute to a strong professional learning community.
The regular work schedule is 7.5 hours a day, Monday-Friday with a 30-minute duty-free lunch.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education or related field is preferred.
• Valid NH teaching license in Elementary Education with Language Arts or related field endorsement.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience is preferred.
• Strong technology integration skills

Pay:
Based off District’s current Long Term Substitute Teacher rates.
