About the Position
avid hotel Lebanon is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and hotel areas while providing excellent service to our guests.
No hotel experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds and change bed linens and towels.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, floors, furniture, and other room surfaces.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop as needed.
- Restock guest room amenities and supplies.
- Inspect rooms to ensure they meet cleanliness and quality standards.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or missing items to management.
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, public areas, and other assigned areas.
- Properly handle cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment.
- Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
- Respond professionally to guest requests and questions.
- Maintain an organized housekeeping cart and supply areas.
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Assist other housekeeping team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining cleanliness.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment as needed.
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as required.
