Responsibilities
- Assist customers with floral design, plant selection, and gardening advice to ensure a personalized shopping experience
- Maintain fresh floral displays by arranging flowers, replenishing stock, and ensuring high-quality presentation
- Manage stock levels through merchandising, stocking, and inventory control to keep the sales floor organized and inviting
- Operate POS (point-of-sale) systems for cashiering, cash handling, and retail math accuracy during transactions
- Provide excellent customer service via in-person interactions and phone communication to address inquiries and promote products
- Back up delivery driving at times
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
