What You’ll Do
- As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met with care and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of assigned accounts; including policy changes, certificates, renewals, and coverage updates.
- Providing excellent service by addressing inquiries from insureds and producers promptly and professionally.
- Reviewing contracts and handling lender requests such as refinances, new purchases, and renewals.
- Preparing summaries, proposals, and supporting documents through AMS360.
- Maintaining accurate client and coverage information in AMS and ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
- Remarketing and renewing policies as needed in collaboration with producers.
- Reconciling carrier coverage forms, binding coverages, and processing billing for renewals, endorsements, and audits.
- Assisting with claims intake and coordination with the Claims Department.
- Quoting new lines of business for existing clients and assisting with new account development.
- We are looking for a dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- 2 years of agency experience managing a book of commercial lines business.
- Strong knowledge of P&C coverages and ancillary lines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and compliance skills.
- Dependable, responsive, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
- Between $20-$30/hr., depending on experience
